Each person needs to be registered by August 9th. Include the names of team members for information purposes. Teams will be assigned to those registering individually.

2019 GOLF OUTING

Would your organization like to sponsor a hole or some other portion of the annual golf outing for the
Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) at Indian Creek Golf Course, August 22, 2019?
The benefits of being a hole sponsor include:
- Provide support for the IMA organization and its educational efforts.
- Promote your business to all golfers who play Indian Creek CC on August 22rd.
This can be a sign you provide or a sign IMA can have prepared for you (see below).
- Advertisement on Cedar Rapids IMA website.
SIGN OPTIONS
- Provide the sign yourself. (This option is best when special colors are required).
The sign should be approximately 18 inches x 24 inches with a stake.
- Have IMA prepare a sign for you. An 18” x 24” sign with white background and black enamel lettering will be prepared with your company name in all upper case letters. (If you have your design, please send “camera ready” art with sponsorship form AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.)
